Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud using OIC and the HCM Extract tool

Manage continuous integration workflows to ensure seamless real-time data exchange between Oracle HCM and external systems

Collaborate with HCM functional and technical teams to define integration requirements and ensure data integrity

Develop and utilize HCM Extracts for data extraction, transformation, and loading

Monitor integration performance, resolve issues, and maintain data accuracy across platforms
