Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance in SAP solutions, with a focus on support and maintenance.

Take ownership of ticket resolution, applying problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP-related incidents and problems promptly.

Perform system analysis, design, enhancements to meet business requirements and diverse interfaces.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance utilizing SAP best practices.

Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring of dependencies and interface requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures, emphasizing manufacturing intricacies and integration points.

Lead the evaluation, selection, and configuration of SAP order to cash solutions to meet business needs.

Utilize SAP best practices to support and maintain our clean core initiative.

Implement preventive measures within SAP support processes to enhance stability and optimize business operations.

Travel regionally or to other locations globally as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6/S4/Hana) with hands-on application management or equivalent combination of education and at least 10 years of work experience.

Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the SD and LE modules, with a history of delivering high-impact solutions in a senior capacity.

Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience in at least three of the following SAP areas: materials management, procurement, inventory/warehouse management, sales operations, logistics, finance and controlling.

Strong continuous improvement, problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.

Integration experience integrating SAP with different business systems, especially MES systems, as well as with working with integration tools.
