Responsibilities

Creative Strategy: Own and refine creative strategy with a customer-first perspective, balancing brand guidelines, legal/compliance requirements, campaign objectives, product nuances, and performance outcomes.
Performance Metrics: Define clear KPIs, objectives, and measurement plans to track improvements in conversion rates, run rates, and cost per acquisition.
Experimentation: Design quarterly experimentation roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders to foster consistent learning and efficiency improvements.
Learning Sharing: Share key findings biweekly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and improvement.
Agency Management: Lead relationships with creative agency partners, manage briefing processes, provide feedback, and ensure accountability for performance, quality, brand adherence, and compliance.
Production Oversight: Collaborate with the internal creative team on production needs, timelines, budgets, and shot lists.
Strategic Messaging: Develop tailored messaging frameworks aligned with product marketing strategies, including ideal customer profiles, product-market fit, value propositions, and research insights.
Channel Alignment: Partner with the media buying team to align ad journeys with channel strategies, incorporating best practices and historical learnings.
Brand Synergy: Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and Product Marketing teams to ensure clear and cohesive branding and messaging across campaigns.

Required

Bachelor’s degree.
12+ years of experience in a marketing role, including 3+ years in a creative strategy or performance marketing capacity.
In-depth understanding of creative A/B testing.
Experience with paid social channels, particularly Meta.
Proven track record of driving measurable conversion or revenue results.
Experience working directly with internal and external creative teams.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to derive data-driven insights.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fluid environment.
Direct and effective communication style.
