Responsibilities
Report on product line financial performance to leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
Create and maintain high-level production forecasts and pricing models globally.
Define product life cycle plans to align with market needs and company goals.
Build strong customer relationships to gather and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) data.
Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and maintain competitive matrices to identify market opportunities.
Author market requirements documents and collaborate with developers on design specifications.
Define user, buyer, and technical personas for each product.
Champion new product initiatives, including use case development, feature definition, and launch strategies.
Work cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and key stakeholders.
Partner with Marketing Communications on product launches and sales enablement tools.
Represent SunTech Medical at tradeshows and customer events.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
3+ years in product management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-30%)
Preferred
Master’s degree or MBA
Medical device industry experience
