Responsibilities
Business Requirements Gathering: Work with cross-functional teams Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors) to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for technology solutions. Ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
Solution Design: Collaborate with IT architects, developers, and business leaders to design solutions that enhance Finance and Supply Chain processes, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and cost-effective.
Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes in Supply Chain and Finance, identifying opportunities for improvement through the use of technology, and driving the implementation of best practices.
Project Management: Lead or participate in key projects related to Finance and Supply Chain capabilities. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements.
Change Management: Support change management initiatives by communicating system changes and process improvements to relevant stakeholders, providing necessary training, and offering ongoing support.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors to ensure the technical solutions meet business needs and contractual obligations. Manage vendor relationships for system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
System Implementation & Support: Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements within Finance and Supply Chain functions. Provide proper documentation is maintained.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams. Ensure that business needs are clearly understood, and that IT delivers appropriate solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to analyze data trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all IT solutions adhere to corporate compliance standards, including financials and data governance policies, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Support for Mission Critical Programs (MPPs): Engage with stakeholders on other key mission-critical programs beyond Finance and Supply Chain, supporting them with relevant IT solutions as needed.
