Responsibilities
Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through new business development and existing client expansion
Develop and implement account growth strategy on top client, agency, and platform accounts
Find and qualify new potential clients- advertising agencies, media platforms, and Consumer Goods advertisers
Develop and deliver sales presentations that educate prospective clients on the value proposition of the Ibotta audience product
Grow and ensure high retention of existing accounts through on-going collaboration
Collaborate closely with other functional teams to ensure client partnerships are successfully executed from start to finish
Travel up to 40%

Required
6-8 years of experience in a data driven sales role
Experience in media, data and advertising ecosystems with proven track record of sales success in CPG and/or Retail verticals
Familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem – who the key players are, the platforms, the providers, and overall state of the industry
Proven ability to sell into high-level leadership at clients and their advertising agencies
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to identify and connect with the business owner/decision maker
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (candidates do a mock pitch as part of the hiring process)
Expert negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close the deal
Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness, to work with little direction in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur, utilizing creativity and independent thinking to deliver value to your stakeholders
Great analytical skills: ability to measure the results of your work
