Responsibilities
Design and implement forward-thinking paid search and social media strategies that align with our broader automotive marketing objectives, with a clear focus on driving qualified leads, sales, and customer engagement.
Lead the development and optimization of SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms, with a strong focus on automotive-related keywords and precise audience targeting. Integrate paid search efforts with social media campaigns for cohesive brand messaging.
Manage and collaborate with our Social Media Team, ensuring that digital campaigns are amplified across social channels. Provide direction on content, ad creatives, and strategy to drive engagement and maximize ROI.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SEM specialists and digital marketers, ensuring best practices are followed, performance benchmarks are met, and continuous professional development is supported.
Utilize industry-leading analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns for maximum impact.
Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximizing return on investment. Provide clear financial oversight and ensure that all paid search and social media efforts are delivering measurable business results.
Work closely with other departments—such as sales, creative, and product development—to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Stay on top of evolving trends in automotive digital marketing, SEM, and social media, and proactively adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in automotive SEM and social media marketing.
Demonstrated success in managing high-performing paid search campaigns and driving measurable results in the automotive sector.
Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and performance-based marketing.
Extensive experience leading digital marketing teams, with a focus on SEM, paid search, and social media.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
