Responsibilities
Sales Hunters are responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote Protos off-duty services, and identify sales opportunities.
Establish, develop, and foster quality business relationships within the territory to position Protos Off-Duty as the most responsive off-duty services provider
Know and present Protos’ value proposition to prospective clients
Develop and submit business proposals for prospective clients
Present proposed solutions via video meeting or in-person
Manage complex negotiations with prospects to close deals
Attain the company’s expected sales target for new business
Build a robust pipeline and report on regional sales results
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Engagement in specific sales activities as directed (such as campaigns, call blitzes, etc.)
Attend professional networking and community events when appropriate

Required
Proven work experience in a senior sales role
Must be comfortable with spending extensive time on the phone daily
Proficient in web-based applications (i.e. salesforce.com), and programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), to effectively edit and create reports, database entries, and presentation materials
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel throughout all areas of the territory as needed, including overnight travel
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in one (or more) of the following fields: Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Development, or Customer Relationship Management
People person, time-oriented, great verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, basic computer literacy, consumer relations, consumer complaints, crisis management, reporting skills, administrative skills, attention to detail
Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
Must be an assertive and goal-oriented person with high personal drive, integrity, and energy
Promotes positive morale and professionalism
Strong conflict resolution skills
Preferred
Continuing Education (college degree, industry-based certification, or formal sales training) is highly encouraged but not required
Experience navigating a complex sale i.e., enterprise sales
Experience achieving against growth/sales targets
