Triage customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements.

Required

A strong understanding of process improvement

2+ years of prior experience working in a product organization

Experience leading challenging org wide initiatives that require a high degree of critical thinking

Strong ability to navigate ambiguity

Experience with critiquing, improving, and implementing complex processes

Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; or 1+ years with an advanced degree.
