Responsibilities
Take full ownership of assigned strategic accounts, ensuring all monthly delivery and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Build a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business to drive account growth. Regularly engage with key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities, collaborate on innovative ideas, and deliver customized solutions that establish EDDY as a trusted strategic partner and set it apart from competitors.
Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients regarding pacing, launch timelines, budgets, deliverables, campaign performance, and relevant industry trends.
Identify and evaluate high-quality data sources to support outbound dialing efforts for the in-house call center. Manage relationships with data providers, negotiate competitive pricing, oversee data mix and volume to prevent overspending, analyze list performance, and implement optimizations to enhance results.
Oversee the billing and invoicing process for vendors and clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial procedures for all payables and receivables.
Manage and grow book of business, proactively adjusting budgets and media strategies to meet monthly objectives.
Strategically set optimization plans and ensure adherence to those plans
Understand and balance client needs with internal revenue targets, ensuring both are effectively achieved.
Oversee the entire monthly campaign lifecycle, including setting allocations, providing projections, and reconciling billables.
Communicate key client and vendor-related information across the organization to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
Proactively identify and initiate workflow efficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
Proactively identify and resolve technical and performance issues related to campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, client services, media, and technology, to ensure seamless and integrated campaign delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously innovate and optimize strategies.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and best practices, maintaining compliance at all stages of execution.
Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed to contribute to the broader team and organizational goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
5+ years in relationship marketing, media planning, and/or account management in the higher education industry
Ability to proactively think strategically and develop innovative solutions that address client needs while driving business growth
Ability to identify trends, outliers, and key insights in data, and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems
Proven ability to effectively negotiate terms and outcomes, balancing client needs with business objectives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High comfort level with technical solutions and issue resolution, particularly in the context of digital marketing and campaign performance
Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, remaining flexible and responsive to changes in client needs, market conditions, and internal priorities
A can-do mindset, particularly under pressure, with a focus on achieving results and overcoming challenges
Ability to excel in a client-focused, collaborative team environment, fostering strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
10-20% customer-related travel required as necessary
