Responsibilities
Contributes to market research by utilizing a variety of methods to qualify leads, and adds details to list of qualified practices
Conducts initial outreach calls and emails to physician group practices to introduce product/services, generate interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team, with an emphasis on Primary Care, Internal Medicine and Cardiology
Qualifies, according to the SOP, the practice over the phone to ensure they align with HealthXL‘s criteria
Documents all interactions and information gathered for upload into Salesforce
Schedules in-practice meetings (lunches, and other) for HealthXL sales executives with providers and their staff to present features and benefits of virtual care services
Supplements scheduled meetings with routing to qualified offices to maximize sales efficiency within the same area.
Exhibits persistence and creativity in overcoming prospect objections
Works with Sales Operations Lead to create and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns to increase the sales pipeline.
Tracks all prospect/client details and progress
Provides ongoing communication and support to respective Sales Executive(s)
Generates sales activity reports and forecasts, as required
Assists with the creation of marketing content, such as presentations and case studies to support lead generation efforts

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or requisite experience
Professional phone selling experience or demonstrated aptitude
Adept at navigating online platforms to find and extract data

Ability and willingness to maintain high selling activity and information gathering levels
Goal and achievement driven
Basic Excel skills
Collaborative and detail oriented
Polished verbal and written communication skills
Excellent, professional phone etiquette
