Responsibilities
Design and refine the structural framework for The Delve Europe episodes.
Collaborate with writers and researchers to craft compelling long-form narratives.
Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and content development for a documentary-style podcast.
Research storytelling best practices to elevate the quality of episodes.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the storytelling approach.
Provide constructive feedback on content drafts to align with the podcast’s vision.

Required
Previous experience in documentary or long-form podcast content is essential.
Proven experience in documentary or long-form storytelling.
Strong creativity and passion for storytelling.
Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with European political, social, or cultural issues is a plus.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Background in journalism, media studies, or related fields preferred.
