Responsibilities
Development of software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance independently and with team
Participate in code reviews (quality/standards), document design/implementation.
Analyze complex technical problems, propose efficient solutions, and deliver them within deadlines.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
Conduct technical interviews, help with estimates
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables and come up with technical solutions.
Conduct showcase of technical design and solutions
Interface with a wide audience - QA, Production Support, Architects, Other Development Teams, and PM
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
High School diploma or GED
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile software development methodologies
Expert in Java, Java server-side (Spring Boot), and web app deployment.
Designs & builds RESTful APIs.
Unit/integration testing experience.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience in software development.
Experience in a senior role in software development.
Expert in Java with advanced OOP & design patterns.
Expert in Angular (interactive UIs, HttpClient). Component-based architecture & best practices.
Good understanding of technologies and protocols typically used in voice and video communication.
Experience in AWS - Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, S3, EC2, CloudWatch
Experience using one or more of the following languages/libraries: Python, NodeJS, SpringBoot
5+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS3 and familiarity designing UI/UX
5+ years of experience developing and running applications in Linux
5+ years of experience working with MongoDB, Oracle
5+ years of experience Springboot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC
5+ Experience developing real time event processing and messaging: Kafka
5+ years of experience writing N – tier applications, Microservices
Familiarity with Bitbucket and Gitlab – Branching strategies and CI/CD
Experience in designing and developing high performance, highly scalable web applications and multithreaded applications
Experience Developing applications using Public/Private cloud platforms
