Responsibilities
Develop and implement best-in-class email and SMS marketing programs.
Maximize donation revenue and engagement through strategic audience-led campaigns.
Drive list growth and optimize site traffic.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to the email and SMS marketing team.
Ensure efficient execution and strategic optimization of all marketing campaigns.
Promote a culture of innovation and future-forward thinking.
Assist with the development of the technology roadmap.

Required
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with proven relevant experience or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
Expertise in email marketing and SMS campaign development, strategy, and performance analytics.
Proficiency with data platforms such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data visualizations.
In-depth knowledge of email deliverability and list hygiene best practices, as well as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA compliance regulations.
Experience in developing testing hypotheses and conducting A/B experiments to generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in creating and editing HTML email templates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with rapidly changing technology.
Quick learner of new email software packages, with an interest in assisting with department training.
Knowledge of project management and agile workflow management.
6+ years of experience supporting large-scale email marketing programs, including leading and implementing new programs and technologies.
