Responsibilities
Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
Drive path forward on projects by acting as liaison between client and 21Tech project teams providing clarity, strategy, and direction on business process and functional solutions.
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
Management of scope, issues, risks, budget and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project team meetings.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.
Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.

Required
7+ years of technology-related project management experience involving software implementation and/or upgrades.
Ability to lead large and complex projects (multi-year and over $5 Million in services revenue).
Intermediate or better experience level in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall.
Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
Successfully managed project teams with 5-10 resources.
Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve objectives.
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and Microsoft Project.
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
Preferred
PMP Certification
3+ years of technology-related consulting experience in Asset Management solutions.
