Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and improve conversion rates.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Translate client's goals into SEO strategies using data driven tools such as Ahrefs and past experience on campaigns.
Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored campaigns.
Act as a “sales engineer” by providing technical expertise and creative input to enhance sales pitches.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user experience.
Translate SEO best practices into actionable items that align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in leading digital marketing teams.
Strong understanding of SEO and the ability to translate SEO best practices into actionable items.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs), social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team, setting clear goals and expectations.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for digital innovation.
Experience with content marketing and a solid understanding of how to create and promote content that engages and converts.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI, and web development.
