Responsibilities
Lead Business Intelligence and Database Marketing projects from inception to implementation that meet RPS client needs for business information, DBM and BI solutions.
Elicit and document business need to determine requirements, ‘mine’ and analyze data, lead a project team effectively, proactively communicate with internal clients, and ensure that database marketing and BI delivery satisfies business need.
Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities.
Provide constant feedback to the business line(s) and Agile teams in support of delivery and evolution of the product.
Develop a well-rounded understanding of the customer’s needs that are aligned with business objectives as well as an ability to develop close relationships with key stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Preferred
SQL writing and data mining
Prior experience leading projects
Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Geo-spatial tools and others to perform analysis and interpret data
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe CDP
Working knowledge of Tableau and Jira
Understanding of agile methodology
Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Demonstrated project management skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
