Responsibilities

Main technical contact between e360 and customer from beginning to end of a project ensuring the team meets the customer's technical needs
Demonstrated ability to lead architecture development activities, methodologies leading to comprehensive discovery, analysis, and technical/business recommendations
Advanced communication skills, including business/technical writing and presentations
Advanced ability to present in-depth technical solutions
Drive to exceed customer and project goals
Demonstrate ability to work successfully at all customer levels from C-level executives to end users
Thoughtful leadership and innovative thinking
Can maintain positive peer & customer service attitude in the face of significant challenges
Develop relationships throughout the customer's organization to source new business
Responsible for the delivery of project work, on-going quality of the work, ensure standards and delivery methodologies are being followed, appropriate resources are available to meet the current and future demands of the project
Participate with Sales during the sales process through Project Scoping Workshops (PSWs), presentations, solutions, development of SOW's
Responsibility for the professional services presales process including scoping collaboration engagements, estimation of effort, and skillsets required for an outstanding customer experience
Proven track record of customer focus, including the ability to foster long-term client relationships
Expert knowledge of project architectural principles and practices
Conveys the e360 vision in real and relevant terms that others can identify with, helping others see how things will improve
Works actively on mentoring and team development with more junior team members
Proactively seek ways to expand technical knowledge
Possesses professional maturity and presence
Ability to act as the technical expert on networking and collaboration engagements
Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Manage technical swim lanes of large or multi-disciplinary/multi-phased projects
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and tools to provide best practice insight and best-in-class recommendations to management
Ensure that all components, as well as their usage, are consistent and in compliance with all applicable regulatory, departmental, IT, and corporate standards, policies, and guidelines
Ability to solve problems and resolve project dysfunction using creativity and/or leveraging core values.

Required

Consulting/ Presales experience a MUST
An Associates’ Degree in computer science or related field and/or five (10) years of equivalent network engineering experience is required.
Must have at least five (5) years’ of selling experience as a lead technologist at a solutions provider.
Must have had at least five (5) years’ experience designing, deploying, and implementing enterprise infrastructure.
Must have at least five (5) years’ experience designing, deploying, and implementing Cisco-based collaboration technologies.
Must have Expert Level Industry certifications such as a CCNP, CCIE preferred.
Must have advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to analyze and provide solutions to complex architecture or services problems, influence and negotiate with clients.
Must have demonstrated leadership, team building, and management skills.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Must be a US Citizen.
A valid driver’s license is required.
