Responsibilities
Manage editorial content and advertising traffic for the association’s bi-monthly magazine of both print and digital versions. Oversee mailing lists and reporting.
Manage digital communications calendar, including bi-weekly newsletters, monthly member updates, and event emails.
Author and/or aggregate content from internal staff for select NATDA related press releases and news articles
Monitor and optimize digital and social media campaigns; maintain digital marketing platforms.
Update association website content, optimize user experience, and manage the association’s Meta chat feature.
Develop and manage a social media calendar to enhance engagement across all NATDA offerings.
Serve as liaison for association sponsors, ensuring deliverables are met.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to execute project deliverables.
Collaborate with the Sales teams on membership drives and other promotions.
Collaborate with Magazine and Membership teams on benefit communications and guest content.
Maintain show apps during events, archive marketing assets, and create short-form video content.

Required
Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications or related field
3-6 years’ experience in marketing, communications
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of digital, content, and social media marketing
Project management experience
Proficiency with MailChimp or similar email platforms, Meta, Canva, and Hootsuite
Strong eye for design and adherence to brand standards
Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent proofreading and presentation skills
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Trades how and/or association experience
Graphic design skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Photoshop, and PM platforms like Monday.com
Experience with Pipeline, Map Your Show, Vimeo and AMS systems is a plus
