Responsibilities
In this role you will work with Project Managers to develop and status project schedules
Additionally, you will develop and maintain templates for project schedules and resource planning
You will assist Project managers and Engineering managers in workload prioritization
Coordinating workload & resource planning & forecasting updates is part of your role
You will be responsible for proposal and project account setup and invoicing

Required
Proficient with Microsoft Project Scheduling software
Knowledge in project engineering and construction activities
Effective coordination and planning skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
Minimum 5 years experience
Responsible for proposal and project account setup and invoicing
Preferred
Experience with SAP
BS or BA
