Responsibilities
Work with development team and product team to interpret business requirements into intuitive, creative, and beautiful user experiences
Facilitate clients’ product visions by researching, conceiving, and translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences for digital products
Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors, and translate findings into actionable design improvements that enhance user experience and product functionality

Required
3+ years’ experience as a UX designer
2+ years’ experience working on an Agile SCRUM team
Strong analytical and research skills
Strong understanding of User Centered Design process (Discovery, Design, and Testing)
Experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA project tracking tools
Background in Graphic Design or Interaction Design with demonstratable portfolio
Experience working with Style Guides and Design System Components
Experience using Figma, Adobe CS, etc
Strategic mindset with strong understanding of customer-orientated principles
