Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Infocion’s business goals, targeting enterprise clients in key industries.
Drive new business acquisition, focusing on securing large-scale Data & AI consulting projects and substantial Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Leverage your network to establish and strengthen relationships with C-suite executives, including CIOs, CFOs, and other decision-makers, ensuring Infocion’s services are positioned as essential solutions to their challenges.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized proposals that showcase Infocion’s value proposition.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value engagements that drive profitable growth and long-term partnerships.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights that inform and refine sales strategies.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, or a related field.
8+ years in senior sales leadership roles (VP or higher), with a track record of delivering multimillion-dollar revenue in Digital Transformation or Data & AI consulting.
In-depth knowledge of Data, AI, and Intelligent Automation, with experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, automotive, retail, or supply chain.
Proven ability to lead and influence at the executive level, with exceptional skills in relationship management and client engagement.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a history of closing complex deals.
A robust network of C-suite contacts within target industries.
