Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with relevant brands, beauty professionals, and organizations that align with RealSelf’s mission.
Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Develop compelling proposals for brand partnerships that address partner goals and align with RealSelf's offerings; lead discussions and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Brand Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for brand partners, cultivating strong, long-term relationships to drive continued collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with RealSelf’s brand and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and alignment with company goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set partnership goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders. Adjust partnership strategies as necessary based on data and feedback.
Market Insight & Strategy Development: Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market opportunities to keep RealSelf at the forefront of the aesthetics and beauty partnership landscape.

Required
You are located in New York City.
5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or related field, ideally within beauty, health, or lifestyle industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand partnerships and business development strategies.
Strong relationship management skills with a history of establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in setting KPIs, analyzing data, and optimizing strategies based on insights.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Passion for or experience in the medical aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry a plus.
