Responsibilities
Aligned to SimpliFed’s organization goals and KPIs, you will grow and accelerate SimpliFed’s payer pipeline to help democratize access to insurance-covered maternal healthcare systems.
You will source, accelerate, and manage a pipeline of health plan opportunities. This includes managing the complete sales cycle for health plans, from designing go-to-market strategies and developing client relationships, to structuring and negotiating contracts. Track and negotiate all contract renewals.
Communicate SimpliFed’s value proposition effectively with health plan stakeholders, ranging from C-level executives to Network Management, operational leaders, Clinical and Care Managers based on a thorough understanding of the market landscape and individual buyer's needs
Analyze pipeline data and develop operational processes to grow our sales pipeline, go-live with health plan clients
Develop company assets, presentations, proposals, FAQs, go-live planning documents, and more to grow our health plan sales pipeline and implement SimpliFed’s health plan contracts
Collaborate closely with SimpliFed’s Chief Commercial Officer, Customer Success, Marketing, and our Revenue Cycle Manager on customer opportunities, along with implementation of health plan contracts

Required
At least 3 years’ experience in either working and selling to Commercial, Medicaid, and TRICARE health plans.
Experience with Provider contracting is highly desired and Value Based Contracting a strong plus.
Ideally, experience working in digital health, health technology, or women’s health.
Deep understanding of optimized health plan sales cycles across mid-market, enterprise, and partner sales motions.
Has sold a clinical solution to health plans.
Proven ability to execute during our seed round and also potential to build out a successful team (post Series A) that exceeds revenue goals.
Go-getter and results-driven attitude - a self-starter with a lot of fire and grit.
Ability to think strategically yet execute tactically.
Solution-directed relationship builder.
Travels as needed to conduct new business initiatives.
Ability to negotiate contracts and terms, with the support of and legal, through complicated contract processes.
Excellent communication skills including presenting, speaking, writing, and follow up.
