Responsibilities
Work leads generated by FPG and other sources.
Quarterback the recruitment process designed by FPG.
Recruit qualified franchisees on behalf of a highly profitable, emerging growth, child services franchisor.
Attend franchisor strategy sessions, meetings, and franchise broker conferences as necessary.

Required
4 years experience in franchise sales is mandatory.
Willing to learn and master FPG franchisee recruitment system.
Desire to be best-in-class recruiter.
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
Self discipline and works well independently little supervision.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to establish and execute goals.
Team player.
Highly trainable and coachable.
Student of franchising.
Willing to work nights and weekends as necessary.
Must be tech savvy and have worked with CRMs.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred.
4+ years of franchisee recruitment experience.
