Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive assessment of current benefits, 401K, and wellness offerings.
Design and implement competitive benefits programs catered to our culture and people.
Identify the best benefits vendors, brokers, and systems for administration and reporting. Manage and nurture relationships with third-parties with a strong pulse on pricing and budget fluctuations. Key influencer on benefits budget and cost analysis projects.
Drive annual benefits strategy and renewal processes, champion open enrollment live presentation sessions, advocacy efforts and business case review with executive leadership as "voice" of people.
Work in partnership with People Business Partner and People Ops leadership to implement and optimize benefits platform and HRIS integration.
Create and maintain digestible benefits documentation.
Implement data-driven programs and improvements.
Design innovative wellness initiatives aligned with culture, brand, and people strategy.
Develop holistic people health and well-being programs.
Create financial wellness education programs.
Implement work-life integration solutions.
Design family-friendly benefit options.
Launch wellness and health challenges and incentives.
Establish health advocacy services.
Frequently track program effectiveness and engagement. Ability to use proven experience and thoughtful discernment to pivot and execute on change management with minimal interruption to people workflows and overall culture.
Ensure federal and multi-state compliance for all programs.
Manage leave administration and accommodation processes nationwide.
Develop and maintain compliance documentation.
Partner with People Ops team on policy development, rollout, documents, and workflows.
Oversee leave tracking and return-to-work processes.
Support audit requirements and documentation.

Procuring and managing global vendor relationships and EOR partners.
Standardizing global processes and wellness initiatives to align with companywide people and culture strategy.

Required
10+ years benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and leave administration expertise
Experience with a variety of HRIS platforms, preferably with lead experience in a benefits platform implementation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to toggle from 'firm' to 'empathetic' tone
Data analysis, reporting, and employee survey management experience
Experience working in a rapid growth environment, preferably in tech or related industries, with leadership responsibilities tied to growth scalability
