Responsibilities

Manage and improve existing health operations dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key metrics

Build new dashboards and reports as business needs arise

Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making for the health team

Identify and investigate data quality issues, partnering with relevant teams to implement solutions

Support the optimization of existing workflows and processes through data analysis

Document and maintain standard operating procedures

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Partner with Customer Support, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams on various initiatives

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
