Responsibilities

Define and execute the sales territory/account plans, derived from the various product line strategies, and realize the yearly account and territory objectives for sales growth and profitability.
Execute negotiations about pricing, delivery etc. within the boundaries set by Sales and Product Management, and responsible for quotations handling, credit limits and preparing standard and special contracts.
Responsible for defining, developing and commercializing new projects within the scope of the account plans and product line strategies.
Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, alignment and execution of key commercial agreements/contracts.
Responsible for establishing, maintaining and coordinating communication with key stakeholders (Business Manager, Sales Acc Mgrs) in other regions for accounts of Regional/Global scope.
Responsible for establishing, maintaining and coordinating communication with corresponding Corporate functions in order to achieve goals regarding working capital, quality,etc.
Document and update all key customer activities, contacts and opportunities in SalesForce within a timely manner.
Actively participate in the S&OP process to achieve sales forecast attainment goals.

Required

Minimum of 5 Years of Outside Sales Territory Management
Experience in managing sales and development activities at medium to large complex accounts.
Solid contract drafting and contract negotiating skills.
Creation, management of SAP BI reports.
A proven closer - someone with a track record of sales and application development success.
Strong internal and external communication skills are required, both in written and verbal communication.
An overall solid business acumen needed to address the complex selling environment of the CE Acetyl Chain that are part of this territory.
Strong negotiations skills are needed, along with the ability to forge effective working relationships at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
60% travel required
