Responsibilities
Develop and edit copy for a variety of corporate communications channels and creative projects, including intranet articles, internal campaigns, company website, marketing brochures and internal promotional materials
Review and edit draft copy sourced from other departments/teams to ensure accuracy, readability and consistency of message prior to publication, including regional newsletters and other internal communications
Conduct appropriate research/interviews to obtain needed information and fact-check to complete writing assignments
Partner with Creative Team on select projects that require writing and editing support

Required
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in English, Communications, Marketing or related field
At least 5+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in a corporate setting
Use of Associated Press style
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines
Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Workfront experience a plus
Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professional acumen
