Responsibilities
Conduct routine audits of community members to ensure compliance with Code of Conduct.
Identify and blacklist workers who do not meet trust and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of blacklisted workers and reasons for blacklisting.
Vet workers sent by the recruiting team and those in the General Survey Database to ensure they meet trust and safety criteria.
Flag and manage disputes related to trust and safety concerns.
Make informed decisions on dispute resolutions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Communicate dispute outcomes clearly and effectively to all parties involved.
Oversee the onboarding process for new workers, ensuring they are vetted and meet trust and safety criteria.
Manage the offboarding process for workers who are no longer participating in projects.
Collaborate with the recruiting and project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
Continuously monitor the worker database for new issues and potential violations.
Report any trends or recurring issues to the relevant teams for further action.
Use GenAI tools to enhance screening and monitoring processes.
Communicate effectively with workers, providing clear guidelines and feedback.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to address trust and safety concerns promptly.
Provide regular updates to management on trust and safety issues and resolutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues accurately.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with GenAI tools and their application in screening and monitoring processes.
Ability to make informed decisions regarding disputes and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Must be based in the Philippines and available to work night shifts as required.
Preferred
Experience in a recruiting, onboarding or HR-related role is a plus.
