Responsibilities

Work collaboratively and influentially with business partners and regional compensation partners to resolve compensation issues and achieve desired outcomes; provide guidance where appropriate to management regarding salary changes associated with promotions, demotions, transfers and relocations as well as market and equity adjustments

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization on needs globally, regionally and by business unit.

Support in the design, implementation and administration of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) to include cost analysis and program modeling.

Analyze sales performance results and prepare sales plan reports, metrics, dashboards and presentations to monitor the effectiveness of the Plan to ensure desired results.

Drive Incentive Compensation governance process improvements to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and optimization for the capability.

Partner with the business on managing quarterly, bi-annual and annual payments of the Celanese Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for teams based on sales plan provisions

Participate in Compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary data to maintain Celanese’s competitive position.

Manage market pricing and job evaluation activities.

Assist in the annual merit & incentive cycles.

Required

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation Required.

Advanced proficiency in Excel required.

Preferred

Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Accounting desired.

Previous experience in Sales Incentive Program design and administration preferred.
