Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with remote representatives and management/corporate support teams.
Act as the liaison and maintain positive relationships between Regional Managers, managers, representatives, corporate/client teams, clients, and retailers overseeing day-to-day activities with deliverables, promotions, and other processes and assignments.
Evaluate, recommend, customize, and implement all operational "best practices' that support, promote, and enhance business direction and desired outcomes.
Meet regularly with the Client Services team and management to ensure excellent customer service and ensure that client/contract expectations are being met.
Collaborate with management and corporate partners on representative and client program success in all qualitative and quantitative measures.

Required

Minimum two years of management experience in retail, retail operations, merchandising, sales, marketing, and service organizations required.
Minimum three years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods required.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Create a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent.
Manage multiple priorities, adapt well to change, maintain strict confidentiality, and be detail-oriented.
Ability to self-motivate and effectively manage your time.
Meet or exceed target completion goals while minimizing re-scheduling of all service orders.
Align resources to accomplish all objectives.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
