Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of competitors’ products, sales strategies, and market presence. Gather data through market research, industry reports, customer reviews, and direct monitoring of competitors’ activities.
Stay abreast of industry and market trends and shifts in the competitive landscape. Analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop regular reports on competitive intelligence and market trends. Present findings to the Product Marketing team and senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate competitive insights into actionable strategies. Support marketing campaigns and product development based on learned market dynamics.
Utilize various analytical tools and software to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of competitive analysis.
Act as a liaison between market realities and product strategy, ensuring that Copado’s offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
Liaise with Sales on key opportunities to aid the team to develop competitive proposals to win against the competition. Attend our win-loss analysis to provide insights and gain intelligence around how to win against the competition.

Required

Bachelor’s degree with analytical emphasis
1-3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for technology and innovation

Preferred

Technical knowledge and experience with enterprise software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
