Responsibilities

Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated and maintain the integrity of the data.
Provide training and support to CRM users, addressing any issues or questions they may have.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards for management.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage, including data entry, reporting, and system workflows.
Coordinate the integration of the CRM system with other business applications and tools.
Manage CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and user guides.
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure the CRM system meets their needs and supports business objectives.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Schedule and organize various meetings, including but not limited to pipeline reviews, executive proposal reviews, and green team sessions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience with CRM integrations and API usage.
Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Certification in CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce Administrator Certification).
