Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle recruitment for challenging technical and professional-level roles, delivering top-tier candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, build trust, and create tailored recruiting strategies that attract top talent.
Source exceptional candidates through creative methods, building strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality talent.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and satisfaction for both candidates and hiring managers.
Promote Mutual of Omaha’s culture and values, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and creating a seamless candidate experience.

Required

At least five years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring for positions such as Full Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects.
Strong ability to design and execute effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals and adapt to changing needs.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders effectively.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining focus and delivering results under pressure.
A proactive mindset with a drive to solve complex recruiting challenges and improve outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Preferred

Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tech social platforms, as well as using technical assessment platforms (HackerRank preferred)
Experience leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics to refine processes and optimize strategies.
An interest in technology and innovation, helping you connect with technical candidates and understand their needs.
