Responsibilities
Partners with HR, Regional and Branch Leadership in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico to align HR strategy to business strategy.
Acts as change agent to business through process approaches that support change to lead mutual processes to best practice status.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.
Provides day-to-day recommendations to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and consultation.
Performs recruitment for assigned Branches and facilities. Makes referrals to hiring manager and ensures efficient turn-around activity.
Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance reviews; Learning Café Training Modules, benefits enrollment; etc.
Evaluates issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution i.e. training to address certain needs.
Partners with Payroll; HRIS; and Total Rewards functions as needed to provide solutions for team members.

Required
Minimum Experience – 5 to 6 years of HR experience with at least 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Minimum Education – Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business related field
Requires knowledge of HRIS databased (ADP or similar) and MS Office Suite
Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance requirements
Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
Proven business literacy skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues
Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred
Multi-site location support experience a plus
Knowledge of Canadian or Puerto Rican HR is a plus
Master’s Degree a plus
HR Professionals certification a plus
