Lead the engineering design and development of HRT’s Treasury Optimization Platform
Collaborate with Treasury Researchers on HRT’s Treasury Research Infrastructure
Collaborate with Quantitative Developers as well as our Funding and Finance teams on managing cash requirements

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python and numerical computing libraries (Numpy, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, researchers, and non-technical teams

Preferred

Knowledge of global portfolio financing and funding is a plus
Experience leading projects with a team of developers is a plus
