Responsibilities

Design and implement C&B strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization’s objectives.
Develop salary ranges, incentive programs, and salary adjustment procedures.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation structures are competitive within the industry.
Manage the annual compensation review process and ensure timely salary adjustments and bonus payments.
Supporting all global compensation and benefit projects, play as a key member for the implementation
Responsible for data analysis and data interaction within HRIS system.
Prepare reports and analytics for leadership on compensation trends, budget impact, and program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation practices.
Collaborate with HR leadership to address compensation-related issues and provide solutions for complex scenarios.
Monitor trends in compensation and benefits and recommend adjustments as needed.
Provide guidance and training to HR and management on compensation practices and procedures.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, job analysis, and market pricing.
Proficiency in compensation software and advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with HRIS and data reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.
M&A or IPO project experience preferred.
