Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship development skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the supply chain management of production components
Experience with developing VMI solutions
