Responsibilities

Be primarily responsible for SaaS implementations, product engagement and maintaining exceptional customer relationships with customers

Obsessively customer centric, detail oriented and data savvy Implementations Specialist to ensure the best set up for our customers

Ability to communicate both internally and externally with professionalism in person, on video, on the phone, and over email with C-level executives, customers, third-parties and colleagues

Become an expert on the day-to-day operational tasks that we must do in order to deliver a high quality customer experience

Become a product expert so you can quickly analyze and determine client business needs and devise creative and effective solutions

As part of our growing Customer Success team, you will also be responsible for improving existing processes and developing new approaches to create high levels of client and user satisfaction

Engage with Product on opportunities to increase user engagement, speed up time to value, and provide structured customer insights to inform future innovation

Meet deadlines while maintaining quality of output

Lead webinar trainings to large groups of system users

Required

1 year of experience in a customer facing position, in a technical support environment (preferably SaaS)

Ability to meet deadlines while providing high quality customer service and work performance

Personable, outgoing and friendly with excellent active listening skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Effectively work with other internal onboarding partners

Confident, proactive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven

Ability to react, adapt, and learn quickly

Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google web-applications

An ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred
