Responsibilities
Establish GTM approach in concert with product, finance, sales, and corporate marketing for new product introductions, feature releases, education and adoption; create compelling launch based on competitive positioning
Translate growth goals into marketing strategies, identifying the right personas, messaging, assets, and tactics
Function as product, market, and demand gen programs knowledge leader for the platform team.
Work with demand generation and marketing analytics to optimize our marketing funnel for both self-serve (PLG) and high-touch sales motions
Work on buyer personas, customer segmentation, and campaign messaging
Collaborate with corporate brand and growth to put together quarterly GTM plans and enabling outbound sales teams to achieve growth targets
Be a close partner to Demand Gen / Growth to collaborate on new and existing campaigns and content and ensure clear communication
Manage a small team of Product Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment of roles and responsibilities, fostering collaboration, and contributing to their career growth
Lead the team of platform solution marketers to develop: + Market intelligence and client intimacy to anticipate trends and deliver engaging content through earned, owned and paid channels + Competitive intelligence and impactful insights for strategies to drive displacement + product launch plan with the right buyer persona and buying process to maximize client retention and new logo acquisition + Sales enablement plan to ensure success of the client facing teams.
Work with CMO and executive leadership to provide critical thought leadership presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Develop, hire, and retain emerging leaders within the organization.

Required
15+ years of relevant SaaS or software marketing experience with increasing responsibility, with at least 7-10 years in a management role (member management software, fitness technology or financial technology experience preferred)
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and traditional sales-led motions
A keen eye for detail, a passion for dissecting campaign performance data, and a thirst for knowledge
Communication skills - Impeccable presentation, copy writing, copy editing, speech writing abilities
Listening skills – Ability to understand not only what people say but what they might be hesitant to say or what they may otherwise be unable to effectively communicate
Interpersonal skills – Exceptional relationship building skills. Ability to help negotiate priorities and align on common objectives swiftly
Proficiency with Pragmatic Marketing or other similar framework ideal.
