Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
Identify growth opportunities and market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives, and provide regular updates on progress and performance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance excellence and achieve sales targets.
Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to sales representatives to help them improve their sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual and team goals, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers, serving as the primary point of contact for their sales needs and inquiries.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers, and negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data and trends, and generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and identify opportunities for pipeline growth and optimization.
Identify areas for improvement in sales processes, tools, and systems, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Solid understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management principles.
Experience in key account management, including managing large and complex customer accounts.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
