Responsibilities
Having a complete understanding of the business in order to assess the HR implications of various business strategies
Leading change management projects and implementing HR best practices
Constructively challenging and confronting customers to resolve issues and facilitate change
Partner with the executive and management teams of your assigned business unit, and team members within the HR Centers of Excellence to provide consultative guidance and optimal HR solutions to solve issues and complete key projects
Work with leaders and HR team members to implement HR best practices
Lead change management projects through influence

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years in an HR Business Partner role preferred OR 4 to 6 years of broad human resources experience in various areas of expertise
Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
Moderate travel
