Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist callers by connecting them to the appropriate party and providing information
Learn complex information about Medicaid health plans and their benefits
Route calls to the appropriate resource, identifying and elevating complex or crisis calls
Collect and enter demographic data into electronic records and complete necessary forms
Provide follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of concerns

Required
Must live in North Carolina, preferably in Partners counties
High School diploma and at least 1 year of healthcare and/or mental health/substance use/intellectual disability/traumatic brain injury experience
Customer service representative experience in a call center
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
High level of computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Associate degree or higher in a related field
Bilingual in English/Spanish
One year of healthcare or mental health/substance use/intellectual disability/traumatic brain injury experience
