Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential participants in the healthcare industry through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Guide healthcare providers through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast information.
Clearly communicate the benefits and value of participating in our network, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and concerns of each prospect.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback and trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, contributing to the overall growth of our network.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office or similar software
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets
Ability to work fully remote within the continental USA (excluding CA, CO, NY, WA) with a high speed internet connection
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare software and data analytics tools
