Responsibilities
Lead initiatives that make it easier for reps to sell and customers to buy.
Develop strategies to remove inefficiencies in Flock’s pre- and post-sale processes.
Manage our grant identification program.
Help to implement tools that make reps more effective.
Manage our portfolio of procurement options, designed to accelerate sales cycles and increase win rates.

Required
Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional departments and external partners
Highly organized, self-directed, and is all about the details
Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, with the interpersonal savvy to navigate individuals’ competing priorities
Ability to multitask and prioritize, especially during times of high volume and urgency
Preferred
Experience with SLED procurement vehicles is a huge plus!
