Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and facilitating annual marketing strategies for the organization.
Design and implement corporate branding strategy.
Supporting and facilitating development and execution of marketing plans.
Translating business division objectives and strategies to prepare brand portfolio objective, plans, strategies to facilitate the growth of business divisions.
Developing marketing strategy depending on the knowledge of organizational policy, market nature, royalty and copyright requirements, and markup and cost factors.
Planning and administering the marketing operations budget of the organization.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve ecommerce sales targets and business objectives.
Lead a cross-functional team to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search, display, and affiliate marketing.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Optimize the ecommerce website for maximum performance, including user experience, conversion rate optimization, and site speed.
Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product offerings.
Manage the ecommerce budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on marketing campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and other relevant KPIs.
Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology to inform strategic decision-making.
Assisting in strategic plans for client demonstrations, presentations, displays, etc.
Developing and administering marketing database that includes prospect and client information, access to financial documents and reports, applications of mailing list, etc.
Making hiring and staffing decisions within the marketing department.
Building and developing marketing department that is competent, dedicated, commercially astute and efficient.
Managing daily activities with marketing and press communication agencies.
Developing and delivering insightful strategies and presentations to the executive committee and business divisions where appropriate.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through ecommerce channels.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical abilities, with experience using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
Lead a cross-functional team to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search, display, and affiliate marketing.
