Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Oversee all phases of the delivery lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Lead cross-functional Salesforce teams, including developers, administrators, and testers.
Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task prioritization.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and milestones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to address potential delivery challenges.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide strategic advice to clients.
Continuously improve delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
Implement governance and monitoring frameworks to track project performance.

Required
Proven experience managing the delivery of Salesforce projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Platform.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and align diverse teams.
Outstanding stakeholder communication and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, project management, or similar roles.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant)
Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or other project management platforms.
Background in consulting or managing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects.
