Responsibilities

Outsourced Accounting Oversight: Collaborate with the outsourced accounting group to ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements.

Expense Reimbursement: Review and manage employee expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and efficient processing.

Clinic-Level Expense Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive clinic-level expense tracker to monitor spending, support budget management, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments for all employees, including clinical and administrative staff.

Weekly KPI Preparation: Compile and analyze weekly financial KPIs, providing actionable insights to the leadership team on metrics such as revenue, expense trends, and operational performance.

Line of Credit Compliance: Maintain compliance with Line of Credit agreements by preparing and submitting accurate monthly financial reports to lenders.

Accounts Payable (A/P) Management: Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to vendors and resolution of any discrepancies.
