Responsibilities

Manage ACA processes on behalf of our clients

ACA consultants ensure that businesses adhere to the legal requirements of the Affordable Care Act

Interpret "Pay or Play" rules and advising on coverage requirements

Conduct ACA compliance reviews and audits

Assist with reporting and documentation support, particularly for Forms 1094-C and 1095-C

Help organizations understand and manage potential financial impacts, including penalties and excise taxes

Update employee data as appropriate within WD to assist Client's needs

Work with other consultants and teammates (Client, Integrations, Payroll, etc) as needed to facilitate ACA

Be Responsive within client defined SLA's

Act in the interest of the client

Log time in the appropriate time entry systems on time (by EOD Friday each week and also last day of the month)
